My name is Daniela Paz Moyano Dávila, and I hold a B.A. in Design and an M.S.C. in Sociology. I am passionate about inforrmation design, data visualization, critical data studies, and creating technology with a social justice perspective. I currently work as an adjunct professor at the School of Design at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where I teach two courses: Information Design and Design, Technology, and Society.
I am also the co-founder of ODEGI, an observatory dedicated to promoting the production and use of gender data from a critical and feminist perspective. At ODEGI, we undertake a variety of projects, including workshops and training sessions, as well as the development of Sof+IA, a system for reporting and response orientation based on a feminist chatbot prototype.
