Intergenerationality and Flexibility: A Guide for the Inclusion of 50+ Workers in Formal Workplaces
This project represents the culmination of a year-long effort dedicated to a broader initiative focused on older workers. It included both quantitative and qualitative research, ultimately leading to recommendations on how to better integrate older workers into the workplace.
The guide is specifically designed for employers seeking to create intergenerational work environments. Special emphasis was placed on making it practical and highly visual to capture the attention of its intended audience.
